Leslie Galloway, Founder

Leslie Galloway is the Founder and Chief Growth Officer of Interleap. She is passionate about connecting people to what drives them to where they want to go. Leslie discovered a real desire to change the way leaders view the development of people and teams as a way to create solid balance in the workplace and a direct win to the bottom line. Inspired by watching great leaders model people strategy as a key to great business, she founded Interleap to help leaders focus on what matters.

Leslie holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, CCIM Coaching designation and multiple certifications in personality and behavioral assessments. Previous to founding Interleap, she coached clients on organizational design and leadership programs as a partner with Capacity7, and prior to that, worked in upper management and executive roles in the Branding industry for 15 years. Throughout her career, Leslie was recognized as the go-to for turning around projects and enhancing team dynamics. This innate ability to blend her experience in leadership with emotional intelligence has allowed her to engage in a unique and authentic way. As an Executive Coach and Team Strategist, Leslie’s niche is building trust among teams, asking the tough questions, successfully uncovering answers, and partnering with leaders to transform their leadership.

Leslie’s passion for coaching comes from a life-long fascination with psychology, health, and growth. She thrives on connecting with others and hearing stories about life change, growth, and movement. Giving back on these topics is one of her favorite ways to spend time – investing in others as a Starting Point Leader at Buckhead Church and teaching confidence for women around Atlanta. Playing tennis, working out, and long walks with friends are where she goes for “Leslie time.” She and her husband, Woody, live in Brookhaven with their daughter, Grace and golden retriever, Winnie (the heroes of the house).
