Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what growth at Interleap would look like. For a while, the vision wasn’t super clear. The dream was to serve as many leaders as possible, but the growth felt overwhelming. At first, I couldn’t see the path to scaling it.
Sometimes, we don’t do things simply because we don’t know how. It’s easy to get stuck there.
As the vision unfolded, I was amazed at how energizing and exciting it was. Adding coaches to the Interleap brand hit all of my boxes: connection, collaboration, relationships, learning, and growth.
Coaches, in general, are special people. They are inherently curious and intentional and eager to learn. Coach training is involved and intense and over time, you’re trained to develop even better intuition, listening skills, communication and insight as you walk alongside your clients.
