Leaders who took the leaD
LEAD gave me a chance to really look at me and what I do well, and where I could use change and growth. I got new insight into my leadership style and learned how to show up in a more authentic way. Hearing others share their stories and challenges gave me new perspectives and helped me see my own situation in new ways. Both the group and 1-1 sessions were a big help in helping me turn what I learned into real action. Highly recommend.

LEAD really changed how I see myself as a leader. I have spent a lot of my time in overthinking-mode, but this group has helped me challenge that and change the way I think. I feel more self-assured, confident, and comfortable in speaking up and taking charge. I get to show up as myself more, and I’m grateful to have gotten that from the LEAD coaching and experience.
Lager Allen III
Project Manager

I came into LEAD not really sure how I’d make the time for the group, but I’m so glad I did. I got a full reset in my leadership as I began challenging the day-to-day life and work systems. I learned new ways to work and view my time, which led me to more margin for strategy, work, learning, and for myself too. Really needed the coaching and loved the experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the program?
LEAD is 8 weeks long.
What happens if I miss a call?
Most of our attendees find that once they begin the group and bond with the others, they don’t want to miss a call if at all possible. The amazing men of LEAD have taken calls while on a trip to The Masters golf tournament, from airports, and from their cars…and not because we asked them to do so, but because the content and community is just that good.
We always send a replay of every call to the group, so if you miss one, you can catch up. It’s typically not recommended to sign up if you *must* miss more than 1 call.
Why should I purchase the 3-call option instead of the 1-call option?
Our most repeated feedback is that the 1-1 calls were imperative to the transformation experienced in LEAD. They are a place to unpack what is being learned and felt, and to process with an experienced coach. 1-1 calls can change the trajectory of what happens in LEAD because the coach understands what is going on below the surface and can connect dots for you that you didn’t see.
Having more than 1 only increases these results and your experience.
What are the benefits of group coaching versus one-on-one?
Group coaching was rated as a Top 5 leadership trend by Forbes magazine for a reason. We are wired for community and learning, and when the two come together, it’s really powerful. We always say, “when one learns, everyone learns” and that increases our perspective, gives us empathy for others, and allows an experience to learn something we might not have.
What is the time commitment each week?
The time commitment for LEAD is roughly 90 minutes a week broken down as follows: 75-minute zoom call, 5-10 minutes for pre-work, and 5-10 minutes for post-work.
This doesn’t include the 1-1 coaching calls. They are 45-minutes each, and based on the tier you purchased will be added to that time for that specific week.
What do people do after the program?
Many of our LEAD grads continue coaching with us after Emerge. Our Drive group is specifically for our LEAD alumni, and you can learn more about that here.
Other ways to continue with us is to step into a 1-1 coaching engagement or to bring the coaching experience to your team through a workshop or team coaching sessions.
How can I prepare for this?
The best ways to prep are to block the time on your calendar for the group calls, book your 1-1 calls when the team sends the link to do so, accept the calendar invites when you receive them, and make sure you are available to be camera-on for each call (when at all possible).
How can I get my company to sponsor me for this program?
We think it’s amazing when a company will sponsor a leader who is hungry and wants to grow. We have a letter we can send to you to send to your leaders with information on LEAD and asking for them to invest in your leadership. We also are happy to get on a call to answer questions.
