OUR LEAP
Built for bold moves like the leaders we serve
Interleap was born in May 2020 — an uncertain time to launch a business and exactly when leaders needed clarity, connection, and support the most.
We believe leaders are wired for growth. Our work is about helping them unlock their next level. Sometimes that looks like a bold leap forward. Other times, it’s a return to something essential that got buried in the hustle. When leaders recognize what really matters to them, they find fresh meaning in their work—and often, in their lives too. That’s when real momentum begins.
At our core, we value truth, growth, relationships, fun, and faith. We bring deep gratitude to the work we get to do, and to the leaders who trust us to guide them. With a heart to serve, we partner with the curious—the ones ready to ask bigger questions about who they are, what they want to do, and what impact really means.
Welcome.
We are so glad
you are here.
Our Team
Team is everything, and the Interleap team is the very best. This one brings excellence to every part of the client experience. From thoughtful communication to seamless operations, this group is smart, service-driven, and deeply committed to our clients’ success.
